I am really bad at doing things for myself. I tend to put everyone else first and neglect me. I was feeling weary today, completely overwhelmed. I was led to today’s passage. Jesus encouraged His disciples to pull away from the crowds and noise. This evening daughter, you need time away with Me. Time to sit in my presence and listen for My voice. It’s more than okay to pull away from the daily noise, it’s a necessity. Don’t forget to take time for yourself and time to sit with Your Father.
