Some things are harder to forgive than others. Some people are harder to forgive than others. Some offenses against us are harder to forgive than others. Forgive them anyways. Jesus says if we forgive men of their trespasses our Heavenly Father will forgive us. He goes on to say if we do not forgive those trespasses our Father will not forgive our trespasses. Jesus is pretty clear, we need to forgive others as He forgives us. I was thinking on the grace and mercy our Father pours out over us yet it so hard for many to offer that same grace and mercy to others. Jesus died on a cross, He died a horrific painful death, for sins we had not yet even committed. He knew everything we would ever do and He still chose to die so that our sins could be forgiven. What love He has for us! We should offer that same love and forgiveness. Anything less is not Christ like and I strive to be like Him. I may fall short, but I continuously try. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
