When was the last time you fasted? God tells us clearly in today’s passage that we are going to encounter somethings that can only come out through prayer and fasting. Prayer alone will not rid these troublesome situations, problems, or demons, we must also fast. Jesus is our example and He spent a lot of time fasting. If He is God in the flesh and fasted, how much important is it for us to fast too? Are you up against a an impossible situation? Have you been praying for a breakthrough that has yet to come?
