I had another verse in mind for today, but God led me to today’s passage. As I was praying, I kept hearing itchy ears. We are seeing Ministers pop up that preach feel good sermons, more motivational speakers than Ministers. They stay away from those hard topics that may offend their large congregations. It’s not the time for what feels right but what is right. Souls are dying every day that will spend their eternity in hell. Doing right, donating, will not get you through the doors of heaven. Many will say Lord didn’t I do this or that and He’s going to say depart from Me. It takes a true heart repentance and the salvation of your sins through the blood of Jesus that gets you in heaven. This isn’t a superficial change, it’s a heart change that manifest in you. The old man is put away and the new man is evident to all who see them. Hell is going to be full of people with good intentions. Verse 4 today says people will turn away their ears from the truth. We are there my friends. Itchy ears, don’t start preaching about hell, God loves us all. He does. That’s why He gave His son for our sins, that’s why He gave us a way out of hell. But, He doesn’t force the call. He doesn’t force the change. We have free will. Heaven or hell? I choose you Lord, make me over and create a clean heart in me. Renew My spirit and guide me into my kingdom destiny for You.
