My Father keeps bringing this verse before me as I cry out to Him over people. I understand more and more that many are called, but they don’t answer that call. Imagine being called by God and not answering His call. Few are chosen, only a few answer His call. Every time He brings this verse to me, my heart weeps. But Poppa, why? I understand we have free will but why would anyone choose the ways of the world over the chosen path of God? If this breaks my heart, can you imagine how much it grieves our Father?
