There are so many things that are not only accepted but encouraged in this world that go directly against the Word of God. Just because the masses are standing behind these things doesn’t mean the children of God should as well. We are not to be conformed to the world, but set apart from it. Today’s passage reminds us of the importance of renewing our mind. When we renew our mind and seek God as to His ways we prove what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. God has me at a place in my life where I want to seek Him and be in His perfect will for my life. This starts by meeting Him every morning and allowing His presence to wash over me.
