Recompense is compensation or reward given for loss or harm suffered or effort made. Today’s word says not to recompense or compensate evil for evil. We are called to be honest in the sight of all men. Our love for Jesus should be so transparent that people can see it just by looking at us. I pray daily, let others see You in me, allow Your light to shine through my eyes. Root out anything not of You! I want God’s light and truth to radiate through me.
