I have been thinking a lot about Eve and the apple. Verse 1 of chapter 3 says, “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” We go onto today’s passage to see the serpent (the devil) twist God’s Word in a way that entices Eve to take the fruit. The devil is the Father of lies. He knows the word of God better than most Christians. It is crucial to watch what you feed your spirit and what/ who you listen to. Search out God’s Word, pray for wisdom and He will confirm if it’s His voice or the enemy trying to move you. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
