People can lie to you and even to themselves, but their heart condition reveals the person behind the mask. Watch what you allow to seep into your heart. Not forgiving, hate, greed, lust. Those are things you need to take before God. From these things spring so many others and those are issues in life that need to be rooted out, delivered, and healed from.
