Many think they are wise in this world but to glean from the Lord’s wisdom sets the righteous apart from the world. They don’t see what God sees. He sees the past, present, and future. He imparts wisdom to those who walk closely with Him. He not only gives sound wisdom to His children, but He is a buckler to those who walk uprightly. A buckler is a shield. He is our shield my friend. He protects us, even when we do not feel His hand of protection. We may be tested and tried but never to a point we can’t handle.
