Nourishment for Your Soul and Mind: May 27, 2024

As a true believer, you know when you have vexed the Holy Spirit. A conviction falls upon your heart and grieves your spirit, causing you to seek repentance immediately. If you continue you vex His Spirit there will come a time that He leaves you in your mess. Continually vexing His Spirit will cause you to become reprobate. Reprobate is “reprobate mind is resistant to divine influence and is in a state of abandonment, having been left to its own perverse inclinations and spectral judgment.” I pray none of us ever get to this point. It is important to hold one another up in prayer. It is also essential to hold one another accountable. I am thankful that I recognize the conviction of the Holy Spirit when I’m wrong so that I can repent and keep those lines with my Father open. Now would be a good time for a heart check to make sure we are aligned with our Father and to repent of anything causing a separation from Him. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.” ~ Isaiah 63:20
