Tomorrow is not promised. Too many times we take this for granted until someone we know dies unexpectedly. People put off getting right with God because they want to continue in their set ways and they have plenty of time to get it right with Him. But do you? Today’s passage clearly tells us we do not know what tomorrow may bring forth. There will be many people waking to the eternal flames of hell who just knew they had more time. Is God knocking on the doors of your heart? I beg you to answer that call. Anything you think you have to give up, God replaced with an overwhelming peace that the things of the world can’t give you. He’s calling the lost to come to Him, but He’s also calling those who were saved and fell away to come back home. He is saying come back home. you can’t find the satisfaction you seek in the world.
