Today’s passage says a lot. We are living in a time where people talk and spin pretty words of deceit, so pretty people believe them. They twist traditions inserting a piece of the Word but not embracing the true truth. If it doesn’t put Christ first in ALL ways, if it isn’t backed completely by the Word of God, it is not something to embrace or jump on the bandwagon for. Ask God for discernment. Ask Him to remove any blinders from your eyes, to remove any misconceptions you may have. Be prepared to let go of a lot of things you had always believed in.
