I have found so many verses in Isaiah that say, “I am the Lord; and there is none else.” He spoke creation into existence. As I read today’s passage, I thought about where we place the Lord in our lives. He should be number one… but is He? It’s time to really search our hearts and see where He places in our lives. Does He come before our job? Does He come before our habits or things we enjoy? How about our spouse or our children, our moms or our dads? He should be first. First with our time, first in our relationships, first in every area. He is the Lord and there is none else. Where do you place Him in your life?
