Today’s passage seems perfect for the end of the year. Our timing is so unlike our Father’s. Our human time slips away each day and we cannot get that time back. God’s time is eternal. One day can be like a thousand years to Him. Now isn’t a time to carry the cares and worries of yesterday into the new year. It is a time to give those to God and seek His wisdom for the days ahead.
