This passage holds the key to a positive frame of mind. The devil wants us to think on our problems, issues, difficulties, and anything else that blinds us from seeing the blessings God pours over us and to cloud our view so that we do not see His hand working things out in our favor.
What you think on, what you meditate over is HUGE. When you fix your mind on the true, the honest, the just, the pure, the lovely, things of a good report your mindset shifts. The light of God falls over you and illuminates the very things the devil doesn’t want you to see. Kick the devil out of your head and focus on the things on today’s passage.
