Nourishment for Your Spirit, Soul, & Mind: 2/20/25

God says today’s passage twice in His Word. When He repeats something, we need to take notice. God’s anointed are protected in a special way. God’s Word is clear. Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. However, that anointing comes with a price.

When you are a minister, prophet, prophetess, deacon or deaconess, or even a church clergy of some kind, you are answering to a higher calling so how you treat others should reflect this. You can’t act in deceptive ways, you can’t make a living at the cost of others. You are held accountable to God at a greater standard. Yes, God’s anointed are protected but they are also held to a higher standard.

We are not seeing that today. We see people with these labels acting in deceptive ways for their own gain. It saddens my heart. Examine your heart and actions. How you act, what you do matters. God knows your heart and He knows who is truly His. I am thankful for His protection but I also understand what I do, say, how I act reflects on my Father. Poppa, let every thing I do and say honor You and the calling You have placed on my life. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
