Have you ever had so much on your shoulders that you could feel the weight and wonder how you are supposed to carry it or handle it all? It may be work, home, or even school. Possibly personal relationships, finances, or maybe even a combination of it all. You are saying how much more Lord while the storms try to beat you down. I absolutely can relate, can you?
I have had a lot of those days lately. Yesterday I sat in my room and just cried and cried. I tried to pray and a mere mumble stumbled out, but it was a mumble in my prayer language and the Holy Spirit interceded on my behalf while I sat and just cried ugly tears. God heard those tears and He lifted me up out of that place of despair.
God is our refuge and strength. He should be the first place we run to. He is a very present help in trouble. Trouble can signify “distress, affliction, or adversity, encompassing personal suffering, persecution, and divine judgment.” Troubles are something we will all face in this life. But God. He gives us a place to take those troubles to, a place that compares to no other. That place is to Him directly. What is it you need to take to Him? You will feel so much lighter when you place it into His hands. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
