Today’s passage speaks of “the invasion of the Assyrians under Sennacherib, and also of the Antichrist, of which the latter is yet future.” ~ Jimmy Swaggart. However, it also speaks to the children of God right now. He is in the middle of His children today, He is our dwelling place, our peace, our protection. When we call upon His name, He responds. He is our help. I don’t care what you are going through, call out to your Father and He will work mightily in your favor.
