Nourishment for Your Spirit, Soul, & Mind:3/21/25

I had a difficult week. I sat today after work crying big ugly tears. I had been talking to myself earlier, this is too much. I’m too much. I’m certainly not equipped for the calling on my life. God listened to me and then He reminded me of Moses who didn’t think he was eloquent enough to speak. God started bringing many others to my mind. Daughter, I called you for this time because I’ve placed something within you that the world needs. This is something I gave you to birth out.

I had to repent. I sat reflecting on my week. Then I reread the passage God gave me for today. What we speak matters. What we meditate on is huge. Our mouths should speak wisdom that edifies others. Our mouths should speak kindness, especially when speaking to ourselves. We should be meditating on those things that are true, honest, just, of a good report (Philippians 4:8).

There will be those bad days when you just want to quit, but don’t reflect those days on who you are or what God has called you to do. The enemy is going to be watching and trying to make you break. Turn up that praise music, start speaking who you are in Christ, and watch him flee. You are who God says you are. Remember that the next time you start to get down on yourself. Say it again, you are who God says you are and that is who you are in Jesus’ name! 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.” ~ Psalm 49:3
