Going through a difficult time? Psalm 125 is our daily reading from Apostle Faith for the week (I encourage you to try reading it 1-2 times a day as well). I read today’s passage several times. The enemy wants to move us with fear, worry, infirmities, financial issues, the list is endless, but he is a liar. The things he tries to move us with are mere illusions that manifest when our ears are open to him instead of leaning into God.
Today’s passage says, “They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abides forever.” Where is your trust being placed? Who is your faith anchored in? When it is anchored in God, it cannot be moved. The winds may blow and the seas may rise but God’s promises are forever. Lean into God. When you find yourself wavering or the waters trying to go over your head, lean harder. Ask your Father for wisdom. Get into His Word and yield that sword against the enemy. Turn up the praise music, but don’t you give up. Lean in child of God. Allow the voice of your Father to drown out the lies of the enemy. This is a battle you will grow from. It is a battle that will make you stronger, but you must lean in. 🦅 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
