The Lord brought me to today’s passage after reminding me blessings and curses should not flow from the same mouth. You can’t be on the fence for Jesus. You are either all in or, well, you’re not. Toggling between the world and Jesus will cause you to be unstable and it’s very possible you could fall the wrong way.
Today’s passage doesn’t say a double minded man will be a little unstable or unstable in certain areas. It says a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. All of them. You can’t create shady business deals and serve the church on Sunday like a saint. You can’t stay out all night at the bars and sing in the church choir Sunday and think it’s okay. God sees what man doesn’t. He sees every single thing we do and being a double minded man or woman will not get you on the narrow path to heaven.
It’s time for a heart check. Examine your ways. Are you all in for Jesus? Do your actions show you are a man or woman of God or do they leave people with a bad taste in their mouth? As long as you are on this side of the grave, you have a chance to get it right. Tomorrow is not promised. It’s better to change those unstable ways today. 🦅 ~ Prophetess Michelle, #f8ithgal
