Today’s passage was deep for me. My trust is completely in the Lord. Sadly, we live in the days where Christians claim their Christianity and wear it like a badge of honor. They are in church faithfully, but outside of the church they are anything but Christ like. God is calling those that worship in spirit and truth. He is not looking for people who put on a show behind church doors and then follow the ways of the world the rest of the week.
I know it grieves the heart of God and that breaks my heart. It should not be that we have to pray against or protection from “brothers and sisters” in Christ. We should be looking out for each other, helping each other. We should be taking everything to God in prayer. When you follow His ways you prosper through Him. You can be shady and the devil may “bless” you because he’s happy to see actions that don’t glorify God, but those “blessings” are not long term and eventually we will all stand before God in judgement. I want to stand before Him with clean hands and a pure heart.
God protect us from the enemies hiding in our camp. Make thy face to shine upon us. Help us not to hold on to what others do to us, but to pray and continue to show them the Love of Jesus. Even those Judas in our midst. Love them anyway and pray God gets a hold of them and transforms their lives before it’s too late. We are not promised tomorrow, we really need to make better choices today. 🦅 ~ Prophetess Michelle
“14 But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou [art] my God. 15 My times [are] in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me. 16 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake.” ~ Psalm 3:14-16
