Today’s passage is not one a lot choose to listen to, even those in the church professing to be Christian. We are to be obedient to God. When we come to God and are saved by the blood of Jesus, He starts to clean us up from the inside out. You will start to find the former things you did in the world no longer appeal to you. Man’s laws may make things “legal” but God’s law finds them unacceptable and morally corrupt.
Again, we are in the world but not of the world. Obedience to God is essential. It’s time for a self check. Are you walking in the obedience of God? Are you doing things legally allowed but will leave you morally bankrupt? We are made in God’s image, our character should mimic His. It is worth thinking on. 🦅 ~ Prophetess Michelle, #f8ithgal
