We all have a destiny in Christ to fulfill. In today’s passage the Apostle John is praying that we are not taken from this world but that we are kept from the evil in it. This world is indeed full of evil. There are sins being committed right out in the open because they are now acceptable to the world, things that grieve the Holy Spirit and very heart of God.
We are to be a light for Jesus in this dark world. We are all called to spread the gospel. These days are much like the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. We were placed here for such a time as this. If you do not know what your Kingdom destiny is, seek the Lord and He will show you. God created you and assigned a destiny to your name. Draw unto Him and allow Him to show you what it is that you will walk into it. You are never too young or too old to fulfill this destiny!
