God’s Word should not be something we read when we need something from Him. We should be meditating on it day and night. We are not just to meditate upon it but to observe and do according to ALL that is written in it. We cannot pick and choose what we should obey and what we don’t. We cannot decide one thing is right to follow and others are outdated. God’s Word is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Man can make laws that contradict God’s Word but that doesn’t mean His children go against it too just because a man made law says it’s okay. We have Christians agreeing with things that are in direct conflict with the God’s Word. They state situations that make it okay or times have changed. Jesus help us. We are reliving the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. Our beliefs, our views should be aligned with the Word of God. People should know we are God’s children by the fruit we yield.
