I love it when God drops a verse on me that is needed. You can’t be further away from Christ than before salvation. His blood covers our sins and brings us close to Him. It breaks the barrier of sin! I am so thankful for that cleansing life saving blood.
Life can take us through some pretty horrendous storms. During those storms we can start to feel far from God. We can feel like we are floating on a boat all alone. We feel far from our Father. But God. We are never alone. Christ is with us even during those storms where the rain seems to drown out the voice of God. He’s actually closer than ever. It’s during those times that we need to press into God. Pray continuously, but also listen for that still small voice. He will never leave you alone child of God.
