I love today’s passage. I read it and then reread it again. I am thankful that God is mighty and in our midst, but did you know He rejoices over us with joy?! It says He will rest in His love AND He will joy over us with singing! He rejoices over us y’all! Not only that, He will joy over us with singing.
I can’t help but wonder what those songs sound like. Can you see it? Can you imagine God singing over us with joy?! I can’t wait to get to Heaven and hear those songs. Oh my heart, to hear His voice with that joy being sang over me and you who were once headed to hell but redeemed through the blood of Jesus!
The next time the enemy tries to whisper in you ear that you’re not good enough, you can’t do the things God is calling you to do, that your alone… you tell that devil my Father rejoices over me!!
