There is liberty in Christ. We come into this world bound by sin, but when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior we can live in this world free. We also get the privilege of becoming sons and daughters of God. We get to spend eternity in His presence. How awesome is that?!
Today’s passage reminds us that if the Son [Jesus] makes you free you shall be free indeed. Glory hallelujah, that deserves a praise shout. I was once destined for hell, but Jesus’ altered the course of that destiny when I gave my life to Him. I now have a Kingdom destiny, a purpose to expand the Kingdom of God that makes Hell shake.
