There are people we try to hang onto past their season in our lives. There are jobs and things we have such a tight grip on we refuse to let go and hear God saying it’s time to cast that thing away so that I can bring in what I want you to keep. We are missing the time to get because we don’t want to lose people and things no matter how bad it is hurting us.
We hold on to things well past their season in our lives. I get it. Some people and things are hard to let go, but necessary for our personal growth and advancement in the Kingdom of God. I would like to encourage you to spend some time today examining your heart before God and asking what or who do I need to let go of? Lean in and listen and watch for the answers, for the wisdom He will glean with you. You do not want to stay past a season causing you to miss an essential season of growth.
