Today’s passage is deep. I grew up with so many sayings about the weather and even how bugs and creepy crawly things could predict it. There were colors of the skies that meant various things. But I did not hear a lot about the time we are living in.
As Bible prophecies are unfolding before our eyes, it has never been more important to discern the days we are living in. It’s never been more important to preach the prophecies unfolding and how Jesus is the only way to salvation. He’s the only one that can deliver us from the grip of hell that is trying to hold so tightly. This isn’t just for the lost, the “unsaved.” No this is for Christians who have backslid their way into hell, the ones who go to the church on Sundays and live a life in the world the other days. There is a solution and His name is Jesus. He died on the cross to forgive us of our sins. To change our lives so that we don’t fall back into the ways of the world. I hear “come ye out and be holy for it is time.” (Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. ~ 3 Corinthians 6:17).
