Today’s passage has been on my heart and in my ears for a while. I can hear our Father saying “Prepare ye the way of the Lord.” It has been so much so that I looked up a song by Azuza, “Prepare the Way.” I read Isaiah 40:3 in both the KJV and Amp. I sat, allowing the song to minister to my spirit.
Brothers and sisters. Prepare the way. The return of Jesus is coming. Are you ready? Is your family ready? Are those you know ready? Now more than ever we need to be a light in this dark world. A light that speaks the name of Jesus, a light that radiates His love. A light that draws people out of the darkness into God’s light. The path to hell is wide. The enemy is set on stealing our light. He’s determined to take as many people as he can to hell. Don’t play games with God. Are you in or are you out? Are you drawing people into the light or playing with the darkness?
Search your heart before God. Examine every crevice. We are in a war. It’s a war for souls, we march in God’s army. We aren’t worthy but we are chosen. It’s a gift. What you do and say matters because other people are watching. The devil is prepared to take you out. Be ready in season and out of season. Be read and prayed up. It’s a war.
