Patience is a virtue that I still sometimes struggle with. Today’s passage reminds us to glory in our tribulations because they worketh patience. There is a domino effect from there. Patience gives way to experience, experience hope. Some people will laugh at that hope, but that hope makes us not ashamed. Why? Because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.
I don’t know about you, but I could not make it a day without the Holy Ghost. I need the Holy Ghost in every area of my life including those that require patience and strength. Patience is still an area that God works on me and that’s okay.
