I love it when God gives me a verse and it holds an on-time word for me, a Word that my heart needs before I ever even realize it needed it. According to Google, Biblical boldness means to speak and act with courage, confidence, and a plainness of speech that is not reckless or rude, but is grounded in faith and empowerment from the Holy Ghost. The blood of Jesus allows us to approach the throne of grace personally. We don’t need a priest or rabbi. We no longer need someone to stand in the gap so that communication with God can happen. Jesus filled that gap and covered our sins with His blood.
We can call out to God freely. Jesus’ mercy and grace pours over us. Because of this, we can cry out in our time of need. Jesus also left us the Holy Spirit who intercedes for us when our hearts can’t find the words. There have been times when I have laid on the floor crying and praying in my prayer language. My heart was so broken and I was carrying so much pain crying out in my prayer language is all I could get out. Those are special prayers that rain heaven down on us . They are real and raw. When we cry out to our Father we can be assured help is on the way! Thank You Jesus for Your blood that allowed us to come boldly before the throne of grace. Thank You Father for hearing those prayers and thank You Holy Spirit who intercedes when we are too overcome for words. 🦅 ~ Prophetess Michelle, #f8ithgal, #Joy
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” ~ Hebrews 4:16
