Today’s passage has been on my heart for over a year now. I see so much strife sown and gossiping everywhere I look. Sadly, I even see it among the body of Christ. Personally, I’ve started to think on things before I speak. Is it edifying? Is it something others should know? Does it discourage someone? I don’t always hit the mark, but I’m trying to be and do better.
I do not what to sow strife. I want to seek God for solutions. I don’t want any part of gossip so I let it end when it hits my ears. My name was thrown around in places I never would have imagined during my divorce and still today. I don’t want to be that person.
