When God’s in Your Corner…

I am so thankful that the Lord is protective over His children. I was reflecting on that this evening and man I tell you He could have said, “This problem child isn’t worth it” more than once when it comes to me. But for the blood of Jesus that I have been washed in, every single time He said not my daughter! As I read Psalm 18:16-19, I could imagine my Poppa pulling me out of the waters of my enemies. Even as I felt their darts bouncing off me just before I read this very passage, I was reminded how God was my stay. He has held me close the last several months until He was ready to draw me from the waters of the enemy. As I was writing this evening Psalm 105:15 rang through my spirit, “[Saying], Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.” From “problem child of God” to “anointed child of God”, I felt that deep in my spirit. **smiles ** I’m not perfect, but God isn’t looking for perfect. He’s looking for willing and 100 percent committed and I’m all about my Father’s business. I’m so excited to see where the days, weeks, and months ahead lead. The enemy can’t stop what God had ordained. With Him for me, it doesn’t matter who’s against me! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“16 He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters. 17 He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me. 18 They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay. 19 He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.” Psalms 18:16-19
