Patience is defined as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. I read that definition a second time. I’m sorry Poppa, I have failed miserably this week in the area of patience. I had patience on my mind as I “came across” Hebrews 10:35-36, “… For ye have need of patience…” Our Father always knows! I didn’t merely come across this Scripture. It was the reminder my spirit needed. I am thankful for the gentle chastisement of the Holy Spirit. That’s how we grow. Patience. I am growing in it. For those who know me, please know I’m trying and please forgive me when I’m not as patient as I should be. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
“35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” ~ Hebrews 10:35-36
