Nourishment for Your Soul and Mind: March 5, 2020

So much to learn from this passage. Samson let down his guard. He gave up his secret to Delilah and the Philistines captured him. But his hair grew back and that strength of the Lord was returning with it. So many times I’ve trusted those that I shouldn’t, those that the Lord had told me to walk away from. He hadn’t left me during those times, but I had lessons to learn to be molded into who He knew I could be and where He was taking me. As I pulled out of those situations, His strength sustained me. It didn’t matter how many times I fell, there was a lesson to be learned from each that would propel me forward. Could I have taken the easier way, absolutely. But God knew me before I was born and He already knew every twist and turn I’d make. Thank You Jesus for the grace to cover those wrong turns and the “hair” that grows back! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
