Every time I read this verse, I hear a song my Azuza in my head. It is called “Prepare the Way.” Throughout the song it says, The Lord comes with might..He says I call you by name and He says prepare the way.. prepare the way of the Lord.. and He says I will strengthen you and He says prepare the way…” He has gone to prepare a place for us, but He’s coming back and the path to Him is straight and narrow. Prepare ye the way. Not every one that says Lord Lord will enter the gates of Heaven. Not everyone with a “good” heart and and a list of “good” works will will be granted entrance in. The path is narrow. Prepare ye the way of the Lord and prepare your heart for His coming. Your heart and where you stand with him on a personal one to one relationship is where your eternal security rest. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
