I have been retreating to my secret place of the Lord day and night and placing my fears in Him that holds my tomorrow’s and He has been revealing things to my heart. Mental and emotional trauma create wounds that cut deep. They leave scars that the world can’t see, but He also showed me they leave wounds that continue to open when they are not fully healed. The damage caused can cause them to bust open and ooze blood and pain when things jolt them open. God can heal that, but there are things we have to let go of. It’s not an easy process, but one He is so patient through when we give Him complete control. Is there something you need to surrender to Him today?
