You’re not drowning, I’m calling you into the deep daughter. Really, it felt like drowning to me. The water coming over me was a perfect analogy with some of the migraine symptoms as they overtake me. Almost as if being submerged in water, burning in my right eye, extreme pressure, only we are going to add an ice pic going through my eye. I’m drawing you into the deep- God is not detoured when our “human” side of fears and pain kicks in. He sees what we can’t. He continues to give me a word and calming waters start to flow over me and wash away the tears that were flowing from my eyes. I was reading this evening on key words that my Father had given me and found today’s verse. Waves of life might overtake us, but sometimes they overtake us for the Lord to pull us in deeper to Him.
