Wow, what a timely verse for me. I love it when God does that! I had my first appointment with my endocrinologist today and a big factor I noticed against my health is stress! It does so much harm from my headaches to this issue I’m having in my mouth to my diabetes to the list is really endless. So tonight I am REALLY reflecting on this verse. All I have to do is cast my burdens on the Lord and He WILL sustain me. I don’t need to toss and turn at night. I don’t need to worry and overthink. I need to pray and give it to my Poppa, He’s got me. I don’t know if anyone else needed this little reminder this evening, but I sure did! ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
