My momma came in the kitchen this evening to find me in complete tears, “I’ll do it she said, your face is even blotchy.” “No, sometimes you just need to talk to your Poppa I exclaimed.” She left and “Even When it Hurts” by Hillsong United came on my playlist. I began to pray in my prayer language with tears streaming until I could not even stir the hamburger any longer and I heard my Poppa say, I see you daughter, I see you. I felt such a peace wash over me. Something broke in the atmosphere. This verse reminds of that.
The enemy is raging my friends and he is out to steal destinies and destroy lives, but God is our strength and He teaches us how to fight back. Tonight praise and prayer was my weapon and God responded directly to my cries. I told Him I was weary and He said I see you daughter not once but twice. He repeated it and then renewed my strength. Glory hallelujah, I feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit even as I write this. If the enemy is coming at you, get up and fight. Turn up that praise music and pray and if you don’t know what to pray, if you don’t have the words… give it to the Holy Spirit to speak for you. If you don’t have a prayer language seek the Lord for that gift because it is life changing and I promise your relationship with the Lord will never be the same! 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal
