God never ceases to amaze me. He always knows what we need and we need it. The timing of this Scripture is perfect for me and seemingly the time in which we live. Yesterday seemed to be a day filled with strife. As I read today’s verse, I could almost hear my Poppa saying did you have your feet shod with the gospel of peace? Somehow in my hurt, in my upset and in my brokenness that piece of armor fell off. Did I not have it firmly in place? Poppa, what happen?! I had woke late and rushed through my morning prayer journal, rushed through my #protectingmypeacetine, rushed… That is what happen, my armor was not fixed firmly in place. This really made me think about my entire armor this morning, especially having my feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. How is your armor looking?
