We were ONCE in bondage to the elements of this world, but God sent His ONLY son made under the law to REDEEM them that were under the law, that WE might receive the ADOPTION of sons. Jesus has atoned for our sins. We didn’t deserve it, but He paid the ransom with His very blood on the cross and when we ask His forgiveness for our sins and accept that free gift we become sons and daughters, grafted in to the enteral promise of life and everything that comes with it. That is something to shout about. Glory hallelujah we are sons and daughters of THE King. Not “a” king, but THE King! The cords of bondage are cut and we are set free.
