That precious thing called faith! My medicine was recently delayed because my replacement FSA card has been lost in the mail, I still have not been able to pick it up. I had another horrible break out in my mouth, literally as soon as the other had just healed. The Dr. called in yet another medication to treat it. I have seriously lost track of how many we are up to now. In the meantime my Nigerian sister had prayed with me and we had taken communion over the phone. I felt better, but my mouth still looked horrible. I woke the other day and my mouth was almost completely healed. The manifestation of that prayer was breaking forth. When we prayed it was the substance of that thing hoped for and believing with the evidence of that thing not yet seen. Faith is so important in our walk my friends. I looked at my mouth this morning and could see it was still being healed, the enemy tried to plant all kinds of things in my head. I came right back to this verse and stood on it! The devil is a liar, don’t ever believe the lies he whispers. I repeat it again, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. If it weren’t so, it would not be in God’s Word! If you have faith in something that lines up with God’s word, it is done! It is being worked out in realms you cannot see. Stand on His Word until that thing comes to pass, it is just that simple. Repeat the Word back when the enemy whispers in your ear and watch him flee. Faith!
