Sometimes you just need a Word from the Lord to press on and this Scripture was that Word! I feel like the bird in the picture this week weathering a storm. I feel like I’m going backwards Poppa! The stress was so great it triggered whatever this autoimmune thing is and it hurts to swallow, eat, and talk all over again with horrible places in my mouth. In the silence, lean into me daughter I hear my Father whisper. The devil isn’t gaining ground, I am increasing your strength through Mine! My heart had to smile as I read this morning’s verse, the words seemed to come to life and leap up off the very page as I read them. He give power to the faint (that’s me right now); and to them that have no might (ME) He increaseth strength (confirmation). What an awesome, loving, and on-time God we serve! Are you too, weathering a storm at this very moment in time? My friend, God will give you the power when you are faint, and increase your strength when you have no might.
