The enemy thrives on fear. Fear is “to feel a painful apprehension of some impending evil; to be afraid of; to consider or expect with emotions of alarm or solicitude.” (https://av1611.com/kjbp/kjv-dictionary/fear.html). Our Father tells us to fear not, why? “I will help thee.” The enemy likes us to feel secluded, like we are all alone and God isn’t going to come to our rescue or meet our needs, but he is a liar. In fact he is the father of lies. Today’s passage reminds us our Father will uphold our right hand, He will not let us down! He is our very foundation. The next time the enemy whispers seeds of doubt and fear decree God’s Word over your life and declare out loud fear and the devil are a liar. Send them both back to hell where they belong. Do not allow fear to take root, pull it up and watch it shrivel. GOD WILL HELP YOU, if it were not so it would not be in His Word. Take back your peace of mind today and decide who you trust.
