Nourishment for Your Soul and Mind: October 15, 2022

Yesterday morning I went out and saw the prettiest line of clouds. After work, I went back out and saw another line of clouds. As I was trying to take the picture, I heard the Lord say percept upon percept, line upon line. I came in and sat in my chair just battle weary from the week and cried and prayed. I kept hearing what He had told me, I opened to Isaiah and read it. Still too tired to post in it, I laid thinking about the weeks events. Later, I logged onto Our on-line service where there was a word for me. Toward the end one of my prophetic sisters quoted precept upon precept, line upon line. What? I’m listening Lord! I read it again. Nestled right in the middle is “This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.” Our Father gives it to us so clearly, precept upon precept, line upon line. Daughter, have I not told you, your shoulders can not carry it all? Give it to Me child and find your rest in Me! Glory hallelujah! The children of Israel would not hear, they were a stubborn people. Oh Lord, remove any stubbornness from me! Mold me and make me, humble your servant after You. What do you need to give over to the Lord today… and leave there? More of me and less of you Lord! He told me this morning, that comes from time in His presence as He roots out those things that have been there for so long and fills it with everything Holy, everything Him. Time in His presence can’t be replaced and it is the key to victory over the stubborn things that are rooted within us that are not of Him. I’m resting in His presence today and being filled with His peace. 💛 ~ Chelle, #f8ithgal

“10 For precept [must be] upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little: 11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This [is] the rest [wherewith] ye may cause the weary to rest; and this [is] the refreshing: yet they would not hear.” ~ Isaiah 28:10-12
