I have been in Deliverance School for the last several months and we have graduation this Sunday. During that time, the Lord has personally delivered me from many things while I’ve found others aren’t an instant deliverance but a process the Lord takes me through. I’ve also learned no one is too saved or too Holy to need deliverance. We all have things we need delivered from and if we do not seek the Lord for that deliverance the enemy will control even the smallest part of us and that becomes huge because we are not walking in the freedom given to us through the blood of Christ. There are many things we know we need to get right and other things the enemy unknowingly sneaks in. That is why our walk with the Lord is so important. He will show us where the enemy’s strongholds are when we seek Him. Generational curses and soul ties are just two things that need to be broken off of us. I was sitting this evening and really thinking and praying on tonight’s passage. “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts:” I want Him to dig up anything in me not of Him, root it all out. Deliver me from every spirit not of Him. Show me the source, the open door so that it can be closed, evicted and the vacuum filled with the Holy Ghost. “And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Cleanse every part of my soul clean, show me those places that need delivered. Any place the devil can get his foot in the door show me so that I can close it! Purge me with Holy Ghost fire. More of you and less of me, I pray in Jesus name! Deliverance is our portion as children of God. Jesus gave us freedom through His blood on the cross, we have to apply that blood to the wounds. You matter, your deliverance matters. There’s freedom in the blood, the enemy wants us bound instead of walking in it, but he is a liar! The blood will cover the sin, cleanse the wound, and pull you out of it!
